This science fiction book structured in three parts: Part I - Moon Colonization, Part II - Mars Colonization, and Part III - Solar System Conquering. The first part deals with a scientific project developed by the Institute for the Study of Complex Systems (ISCS) of Iassy. The action starts in the year 2050 when this institute conceives a scientific research proposal entitled 'Moon Colonization' in cooperation with the Atlantic Space Agency (ASA) and the Atlantic Military Treaty Organization (AMTO). The second part starts in the year 2100 when the state Luna is set up on the single natural satellite of the Earth planet. The newly established state is organized in seven regions. All these regions are connected though an underground network of tunnels containing the following key elements: roads, water supply, sewers, and telecommunications cables.
